Design for the arrival.
A community receives more than an aircraft. People need a clear place to collect goods, while ground staff need space to handle them. The Aero Town receiving-point study explores how a landing area and a neighbourhood handover space could work together.
Separate the activities.
The concept uses a distinct landing pad, a receiving pavilion and a connecting path. This makes it possible to discuss vehicle movement, pedestrian access and the transition from an aerial trip to a local collection.
Connect two perspectives.
Aero Future explores aircraft, infrastructure and system interfaces. Aero Town explores the places and everyday experiences around them. This shared study is a design direction; specific routes, locations and operating services remain to be established.
